Organizational Leadership Certificate Program
CERTIFICATE IN ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
The certificate in organizational leadership is designed for working adults with at least five years of work experience in a management or supervisory position. The certificate program is for those who desire to benefit from the interdisciplinary major without necessarily pursuing the Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. Certificate students will take courses with students pursuing the major while completing the 15 units of required coursework. Classes will be taken for academic credit (not pass/fail). Upon successful completion of their courses, students will receive a certificate in organizational leadership. Should a certificate student desire to go on to earn a baccalaureate degree must meet the admissions standards for the program and complete all of the requirements for the degree program including general education, Bible, major and electives. Per-unit tuition is the same as the degree program.
