Certificate Organizational Leadership

The BOLD certificate program is for working adults with at least five years of work experience in a management or supervisory position who desire to enhance their career while expanding their understanding of organizational leadership. Students complete five courses based on their personal goals.

What will I study?

In order to complete the 15 units of required coursework, certificate students will take courses along side students pursuing the B.S. in Organizational Leadership. Courses are taken as full-credit, graded academic units. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a Certificate in Organizational Leadership.

To complete the program, students will choose four of the following courses:

  • Group and Organizational Behavior
  • Management Information Systems
  • Statistical Methods and Research
  • Interpersonal Communication
  • Managerial Accounting
  • Leadership and Moral Decision-Making
  • Human Resource Management
  • Principles of Management and Supervision
  • Organizational Ethics
  • Managerial Marketing

And, one of the following courses:

  • The Leader and Worldview
  • The Leader and Wisdom
  • Theology and the Christian Life
