Certificate Organizational Leadership
The BOLD certificate program is for working adults with at least five years of work experience in a management or supervisory position who desire to enhance their career while expanding their understanding of organizational leadership. Students complete five courses based on their personal goals.
What will I study?
In order to complete the 15 units of required coursework, certificate students will take courses along side students pursuing the B.S. in Organizational Leadership. Courses are taken as full-credit, graded academic units. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a Certificate in Organizational Leadership.
To complete the program, students will choose four of the following courses:
- Group and Organizational Behavior
- Management Information Systems
- Statistical Methods and Research
- Interpersonal Communication
- Managerial Accounting
- Leadership and Moral Decision-Making
- Human Resource Management
- Principles of Management and Supervision
- Organizational Ethics
- Managerial Marketing
And, one of the following courses:
- The Leader and Worldview
- The Leader and Wisdom
- Theology and the Christian Life
