Greetings from the Department of Communication Studies! We are one of the larger majors on the Biola campus because students soon realize that one of the top skills employers desire is the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written communication. Through practical and theoretical courses we offer, we provide each student with the opportunity to learn and practice the skills of influential communication. We exist to produce committed Christian graduates who are adept at constructing ethical oral and written and performative forms of messages.
