Biblically Centered Education

NSSE Results

The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) collects information from first-year and senior students about the nature and quality of their undergraduate experience. NSSE measures the extent in which students engage in effective educational practices that are empirically linked with learning, personal development, and other desired outcomes such as persistence, satisfaction, and graduation. NSSE has been around since 2000 and has been used at over 1,500 colleges and universities across the U.S. and Canada. (NSSE, 2013)

Biola University participated in the NSSE for the first time last year in the Spring of 2013. The plan is to participate every other year from this point forward.
